Welcome to Cats Protection, Birmingham Adoption Centre
ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP OFFER A HOME TO ONE OF OUR MANY BLACK AND WHITE CATS? AS WE APPROACH CHRISTMAS, WE ARE FINDING THAT MANY OF OUR OLDER BLACK AND WHITE CATS ARE MISSING OUT. WE HAVE MANY WONDERFUL CHARACTERS HERE SO PLEASE HELP BY OFFERING ONE OF THEM A LOVING, CARING HOME.
At the Birmingham Adoption Centre we rehome over 1000 cats each year and as the UK's leading cat welfare charity we are dedicated to helping cats and kittens in the Birmingham area. Our vision is a world where every cat is treated with kindness and understanding of its needs and a very important area of our work is to educate and support the local community with help and advice on cat care.
Cats Protection strongly believes that having your cat neutered before it can breed, is an essential part of responsible cat ownership. Cats are very effective breeders and without neutering the Birmingham cat population can quickly get out of control. At the Birmingham Adoption Centre we encourage and support all cat owners to neuter their cats from the age of 4 months.
We are located on Packhorse Lane, Hollywood, B475DH
Tel: 01564 822 020
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CENTRE IS FULL AND WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT CATS THAT HAVE A PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH THE CENTRE.
Cats Protection Birmingham Adoption Centre can have up to 300 cats and kittens available for adoption at any one time. All our cats have been treated to our minimum veterinary standards, meaning they have been examined by a veterinary surgeon, been vaccinated against flu, FeLV and enteritis, treated against fleas, roundworm and tapeworm and any sick cats have been blood tested for FIV and FeLV. All cats aged 4 months and above are neutered and every rehomed cat (regardless of age) goes to its new home with 4 weeks free Petplan Insurance.
